User tried to install 1.1.4 ColumnStore with a multi-node configuration and it failed to install. Problem was customer has the ssh client package of Tectia Client installed and didnt have the openssl package installed. This was causing all of the ColumnStore applications listed above to fail because they all depend on running ssh to communicated to the other nodes during the test and install process. Tectia Client wasnt returning the expected return command and code that the standard openssl version does. Need to investigate if the Columnstore can be made to support Tectia Client package without openssl version. work-around fix was to install the openssl ssh client onto pm1. |
