 Description

The name of the database schema in ColumnStore written with Capital letters is turning in small letters. The same behavior is observed for names of the tables and columns.

Currently adapter UI works fine with table names written with Capital letters and recognize the table in the ColumnStore.
But schema names written with Capital letters are not recognized, because they appear with small letters in database.

See attached screenshot with error displayed when user tries to map fields in adapter.

Due to necessary changes for MCOL-1283 the Bulk Write SDK 1.1.4 is now prerequisite. 1.1.4 includes a bugfix for MCOL-1213 the root cause of MCOL-1285. Switching to the development branch of the Bulk Write SDK fixes this issue.

Temporary bugfixes for MCOL-1213 removed.

Changes are on top of MCOL-1283 and its pull request to avoid git merge issues.
