 Description   

PDI especially the design tools officially work on:
1. Win 7,8 &10
2. Ubuntu Desktop 14.04 LTS & 16.04 LTS
3. OS 10.12 & 10.13

Adapter works only on Ubuntu.

Thus from 3 use cases for usage of the adapter to design a new jobs and transformation only one use case is covered.

Expected:
Adapter to work on other possible OS supported by PDI.

The main problem here is in having the bulk api support mac and windows. Once this is done then there may be small enhancements to the pdi adapter and documentation needed.

adapter works also on CentOS 7.
Cent OS 6 is scheduled for testing.

Decision for now is to just support CentOS/RHEL 7 and Ubuntu16 only. We should leave this open for addressing windows and mac however since these could be valuable.
