The main problem here is in having the bulk api support mac and windows. Once this is done then there may be small enhancements to the pdi adapter and documentation needed. |

Decision for now is to just support CentOS/RHEL 7 and Ubuntu16 only. We should leave this open for addressing windows and mac however since these could be valuable. |
