Build an adapter for Pentaho/Kettle that lets you write data to columnstore using the bulk api java binding.

Temporary fixes for MCOL-1218 included, that can be removed once MCOL-1218 is closed.

Influenced by MCOL-1228, need to be verified if PDI still wants to ALTER TEXT types once MCOL-1228 is fixed.

as discussed will add documentation for pentaho manual dep and cmake so plugin will build automatically. I'll test this out on a clean machine.
