note:
The MySQL Connector/Python DBAPI has had many issues since its release,
some of which may remain unresolved, and the mysqlconnector dialect is
*not tested as part of SQLAlchemy's continuous integration*.
The recommended MySQL dialects are mysqlclient and PyMySQL.
