 Description   

Here is the 3.x version summary:

  • have a MariaDB license only (not relying on BSD license)
  • permit only 'jdbc:mariadb' connection string to permit frameworks proper MariaDB integration to test suite (cannot be the case now without removing MySQL tests).
  • smaller (1/3 probably) and clearer implementation (more like based on R2DBC driver)
  • easier logging option that can be enabled at runtime
  • remove aurora feature, since it cannot be supported (cannot tests)
  • have a 100% test coverage
  • remove old options
  • good timezone handling
