Some customer have specific implementation with CLIENT_SESSION_TRACK enable without session_track_schema implementation. If server has the CLIENT_SESSION_TRACK capability, connector will enable session variable `session_track_schema` to be aware of schema changed. A new option `trackSchema` must be added to disabled that behaviour.
