Add jdbc connection parameters to encrypt and decrypt data before persisting or retrieving.

For example:

runtimeEncryption: true

runtimeEncryptionSalt: "random salt here"

runtimeEncryptionAlgorithm: "AES-256"

There is no clear plan on how to propose this type of feature for now, so closing this until a better feature request is expressed
