 Description   

Last changes related to openssl broke compilation with SSL turned off.
Month ago I could use it with cmake -DWITH_SSL=OFF without issues.
Now it doesn't compile without errors and -DWITH_SSL=OFF

Thanx for fix, commit 1fe8a067f95c86596261b2049a0b68c003877d08 fixed the problem
