MDEV-41183 production evidence
==============================

Environment:
- Two-node MariaDB/Galera backend
- MariaDB 10.11.18
- Recurrent SIGSEGV while executing SHOW ENGINE INNODB STATUS
- PMM engine_innodb_status collector enabled
- Core dump captured for the 2026-09-17 22:19:16 CEST occurrence

Main findings:
- Four MariaDB SIGSEGV events observed in a few days on both Galera nodes.
- The crashes occur while executing SHOW ENGINE INNODB STATUS.
- The captured core shows rec_get_offsets_func() receiving rec == NULL.
- The affected record lock belongs to:
    keycloak/EVENT_ENTITY
    IDX_EVENT_TIME
    tablespace 5379303
    page 2200060
    heap_no 28
    lock mode X WAIT
- Keycloak ClearExpiredEvents encountered Error 1213 approximately five
seconds before both MariaDB crashes on 2026-09-17.
- Other ClearExpiredEvents deadlocks occurred without a MariaDB crash.
The deadlock alone is therefore not a deterministic reproducer.

Sanitization:
- IP addresses
- hostnames
- URLs/FQDNs
- UUIDs
- email addresses
- usernames
- code_id values
- passwords/secrets/tokens/API keys

The MariaDB core dump itself is NOT included in this bundle.
