Read and write timeout options need to be supported by the setup dialog

Corresponding fields need to be added to the dialog.
Besides commit ae1a6a that introduced these options, has broken the setup lib(somehow I saw only on 64bit dialog, but that must be some my mistake and 32b is broken too)
