Query editor timeout is too aggressive

The default timeout for the query editor is 10 seconds which is a bit too low. A COUNT from a moderately sized table can take tens of seconds and most ALTER TABLE commands take even longer. Somewhere around 300 seconds would probably be a good starting point for most users.
