FOUND_ROWS() not routed to previous target

When a query with SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS is followed by a query with FOUND_ROWS, they should be routed to the same server.

Any query that uses the FOUND_ROWS() function should be given the TARGET_LAST_USED route target type.
