    Description

      Currently, when MaxScale stops it somewhat abruptly frees everything and exits. Instead, it should perform the following tasks:

      1. Remove listeners from services
      2. Remove filters and servers from services
      3. Remove servers from monitors
      4. Destroy services
      5. Destroy filters
      6. Destroy monitors
      7. Destroy servers
