High load

Hi

We have done a loadtest of 40.000 users logging in over 15 mins in our site, and have seen this in our maxscale log:

RW Split Router: Refresh rate limit exceeded for load of users' table.
Error : Couldn't find suitable Master from 3 candidates.
Error : Failed to create RW Split Router session.
Error : Failed to create RW Split Router session.
Error : Couldn't find suitable Master from 3 candidates.
Error : Failed to create RW Split Router session.
Error : Monitor was unable to connect to server galera2:3306 : "Can't connect to MySQL server on 'galera2' (4)"
Error : Couldn't find suitable Master from 3 candidates.

we saw that maxscale detected all 3 galera nodes as down during the test.
