It should be possible to attach a service to a monitor.

Currently

• in a service section in the configuration file, the servers used by the service must be listed
• in a monitor section in the configuration file, the servers monitored by the monitor must be listed.

So, indirectly a service is associated with a particular monitor.

Currently, as a server should only be monitored by one monitor, that is redundant information.

If a service could be directly associated with a monitor and if a server could be monitored by multiple monitors, then services could be exposed to different monitoring strategy.
