Missing possibility to filter events by GTID domain ID

Just like it is currently possible to filter events by server_id, it also needs to be possible to filter on domain_id. The filtering would be most useful to have per-connection, ie. as part of CHANGE MASTER.

Ideally, the slave would send the filter to the master on connect, and the master would just not send such events over the connection.

Note that filtered GTIDs should not update the gtid_slave_pos. One consequence of this is that if the filter is removed, the slave will then try to fetch and apply all the events that were previously filtered.
