Debian package mariadb-client-5.5 lacks dependency on libterm-readkey-perl

Package mariadb-client-5.5 provides innotop (thank you!) which in turn requires libterm-readkey-perl. However, that dependency is currently not defined.

I propose to add a "suggests" (or even a "recommends") dependency, following the approach of the stock Debian package for mysql-client-5.5.
