Update init script in MariaDB Cluster

      Hi,

      following https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-xtradb-cluster/+bug/1257687

      Could you please update the init script for MariaDB Cluster and change the sleep(100) to sleep(10) ?

      An ideal fix would still keep the sleep(100) for displaying the dots, and checking the status every 1-5 seconds.

      But, moving from 100 to 10 is already a good workaround.
