Not all new options have been added to mysqld help

    Description

      At least some of new options/variables added during the merge do not appear in mysqld --help --verbose output (while in MySQL 5.6.10 they do).

      I noticed it for log-throttle-queries-not-using-indexes, but possibly there are more.
