Oracle: data type alias PLS_INTEGER -> INT

    Description

      Oracle's PLS_INTEGER is a signed 32-bit integer in the range -2,147,483,648 through 2,147,483,647, exactly like MariaDB INT data type.

      When sql_mode=ORACLE, lets alias PLS_INTEGER to MariaDB INT.

      Aliasing can be done in the parser.
