Support for UPDATE...RETURNING

    Description

      Following the implementation of INSERT...RETURNING, REPLACE...RETURNING and DELETE...RETURNING it would make sense to also implement the UPDATE...RETURNING syntax, which updates rows based on the query and returns the selected fields as a resultset.
