Add mysqltest support to clion

1. Mariadb syntax support is not perfect
2. mysqltest syntax support (may be on top of sql syntax)
3. test enumeration an effective searching+running

1 is good for studying the intellij sql plugin.
After some language improvements, the plugin can be forked and mysqltest features can be added.
After that, a plugin experience can be enough to make a separate plugin for test running
