Check documentation around mariadb-backup --prepare

"I think that you’d want to mariadb-backup --prepare right after each full or incremental mariadb-backup --backup, possibly on a different host than the database server. I looked up this thread because of MDEV-30670. I wonder if our documentation in this area is clear enough."
