    Description

      wsrep_provider_options pc.bootstrap is missing here:

      Further wsrep_provider_options is declared as:
      Dynamic: No
      https://mariadb.com/kb/en/galera-cluster-system-variables/#wsrep_provider_options

      Which is IMHO NOT true:
      MariaDB [(none)]> set global wsrep_provider_options='pc.bootstrap=yes';
      Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.001 sec)
