Old mode LOCK_ALTER_TABLE_COPY is not documented

    Description

      Old mode switch LOCK_ALTER_TABLE_COPY was added in 11.2 in the scope of MDEV-16329 (online ALTER TABLE). As of now, it is not documented on the old-mode-specific KB page nor apparently anywhere else in the KB.
