Group Replication pages need a comment that it's not supported if using Galera v3 or lower

      Having tried this out and found it completely stalled our MariaDB 10.3 Galera cluster, I only found out by stumbling on MDEV-17100 that it's not supported in wsrep v3

      I understand that 10.3 is no longer supported, however the documentation should note this crucial bit of information.
