This Forum - filters and functionality not intuitive

    Description

      Yes I'm new to the forum but pretty experienced in forum's generally. Yet I'm finding this one more opaque than usual.

      just logged in to update my two open issues.

      First problem: clicking on "My Open Issues" found zilch. Despite the filter clearly looking for status='Unresolved" and both my issues (when found by clicking on "Reported by me" instead) still showing as unresolved.

      Second, I added a comment, which contains the solution to my second issue but couldn't find any way, on the page, to Close the issue or mark it as Resolved.

      Third, did a search of the Knowledgebase "How do I close an issue?" and got a blank response.

      Fourth, looked for a way to send a question to the board admin or equivalent. Couldn't find any such option. Only choice left was to submit this post. Which is, frankly, ridiculous.

      I'm certain that the answers are going to be simple and trivial. They're obviously not obvious!
