Description
We have an 3 nodes Galera cluster (2 data nodes + 1 arbitrator)
Found one node (1st node) got group UUID all 0. This DB node is up and running.
MariaDB [(none)]> show status like 'wsrep%uuid%';

Unfortunately, we restart the other DB node (2nd node) and 2nd node cannot join back cluster even using SST.
Is there any method to change the UUID online in the 1st node?
Second question: Will bootstrap the whole DB cluster set the UUID and solve the problem?
