Deprecate all the variables spider_udf_ct_* and spider_udf_ds_*. spider_udf_table_lock_mutex_count and spider_udf_table_mon_mutex_count are already read-only variables. So, no need to deprecate.

Configuring UDFs via plugin variables seems not to be a good idea. The more variables Spider has, the more complex it becomes for users. I expect that only a few users use Spider UDFs.
