    Description

      CREATE OR REPLACE TABLE t1 (a CHAR(10)) CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE DEFAULT;
      SHOW CREATE TABLE t1;

      The column was created with a wrong character set. The expected character set is utf8mb4.
