      Run with --cursor-protocol

      select 1 into outfile 't';

      mysqltest: At line 1: query 'select 1 into outfile 't'' failed: 1322: Cursor statement must be a SELECT

      Reproducible on all active 10.x, and also on MySQL 5.7, 8.0.
