Implement wsrep_replicate_aria

    Description

      Aria transactions are not currently replicated in Galera. However, there are some cases where it would be helpful if they were. For an example, see MDEV-18778 as it relates to MariaDB 10.4, where the time zone tables have been converted to Aria.

      It might be a good idea to implement a "wsrep_replicate_aria" option that is similar to "wsrep_replicate_myisam" for these cases.
