document LOAD DATA with @variables

LOAD DATA can use user variables to transform data when loading. The only hint that it's possible is the col_name_or_user_var in the syntax specs. It's way to little, hardly anybody would understand what it means.

This features needs to be described explicitly and examples should show how to use it.
