Hard limit of 4096 on number of columns

      As reported at: https://github.com/mariadb-corporation/mariadb-columnstore-server/issues/3

      MariaDB has a hard limit of 4096 columns which prohibits the number of columns ColumnStore can use.

      It will likely be a lot of work to modify MariaDB's internals to support a higher column count so setting this as 'Minor' for now.
