storage_engine system variable has been marked as deprecated in 5.5, but warnings not issued

    Description

      storage_engine was marked as deprecated in 5.5, but only in the variable's description. To keep things consistent, mark storage_engine as a deprecated variable in 10.5 as well.

      Server code should make use of the new form in any case, as preparation.
