SHOW PLUGINS default order

SHOW PLUGINS should be a convenient alternative to querying the information_schema. The problem is that its output is not ordered, so in practice it's always more convenient to query the information_schema.

Note that SHOW PLUGINS doesn't support any ORDER BY, WHERE or LIKE.

However, ordering the output by name would be better than implementing those clauses (less typing).
