Add MERGE support for S3 (and Aria)

    Description

      Add support for MERGE to S3 and Aria

      What to do:

      • Copy storage/myisammrg to storage/ariamrg
      • Update ariamrg to connect to Aria and S3 instead of MyISAM.
      • Rename MRG_MYISAM to MRG_Aria
      • Also declare plugin MRG_S3
