      my student found on:

      Double Precision
      and also on
      https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/double-precision/

      QUOTE
      REAL and DOUBLE PRECISION are are synonyms for DOUBLE.
      END QUOTE

      a single "are" in the sentence would be enough
