support fast CRC for MyRocks

    Description

      After installing 10.3.9 and then MyRocks I see this in /var/lib/mysql/#rocksdb/LOG and that tells me that fast CRC support was enabled at compile time.

      RocksDB makes this harder than it should be. See https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/issues/2488
