Named WINDOW in window functions

    Description

      Named window frames should be documented better.

      Currently the syntax is mentioned in the syntax block at https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/window-functions-overview/

      There's no description in the text and no examples.

      But there are plenty of examples in the test suite
