slave_parallel_mode documentation is missing Dynami: yes/no

      Hi,

      The documentation is missing whether slave_parallel_mode can be changed dynamically:
      https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/replication-and-binary-log-server-system-variables/#slave_parallel_mode

      I have tested this in 10.2.11 and it is dynamic there, I assume it is dynamic in all versions.
