Mariabackup accepts incorrect CLI switches

    Description

      Hi,

      The server will not start if you pass it incorrect switches or config parameters. The MariaDB backup utility does, it starts without warning.

      Please make the behaviour of MariaDB backup consistent with the behaviour of the server.
