      On a release build RENAME TABLE does not produce the expected error, ends silently:

      MariaDB [test]> RENAME TABLE t1 TO t2, t1 TO t2;
      Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
      

      However, if we run SHOW WARNINGS anyway, it returns a lot:

      And the table is not renamed.

      10.1 and 10.2 don't seem to be affected.
