Explain Analyzer broken on official website

I tried hard to find a proper place to report this issue, but this seems the only way to contact MariaDB as on GitHub issues have been disabled and on page reporting form is broken too (see below).

This bug is related only to official website - more precisely Explain Analyzer page.

CSS styles are returning 404 not found, thus making entire page broken and unusable.

On top of that, there's a page presented to submit explain which system is unable to parse to a MariaDB, but even that is broken on that page with 500 int. server error after submit

"If you like, you can flag this explain so a developer can check why it didn't parse."

-> returns Server Error (500)

So I guess this contribution has primary purpose to make MariaDB dev teams aware of the issue.
