Documentation for InnoDB table options and flags is not complete

Some flags and/or table options that InnoDB uses are not described in the KB, e.g. I couldn't find anything about PAGE_COMPRESSION_LEVEL, most likely there are other ones. Please revise the docs to see what's missing that InnoDB supports, and either update it or inform greenman. If this is version-dependent, it should also be specified.

Additionally, flags and options specific to certain functionality should be mentioned on corresponding pages, e.g. things like PAGE_COMPRESSION_LEVEL – on the compression page.
