Let mysqldump tell what privileges are needed to restore a given dump

Depending on options used (e.g. --master-data) and database contents (e.g. whether TRIGGERs, EVENTs or PROCEDUREs are used) different privileges may be needed to successfully restore a dump.

mysqldump could determine the necessary privileges and list them in a comment at the head of the dump file, to make it easier to check whether the necessary privileges are available ...
