wsrep_cluster_address doesn't accept nodes self IP

    Description

      if I add node's self IP in wsrep_cluster_address list node is failing to start

      e.g.
      node's IP:172.22.128.111
      Failes:
      wsrep_cluster_address="gcomm://172.22.128.111,gcomm://172.26.160.111,gcomm://172.18.66.56"

      Works:
      wsrep_cluster_address="gcomm://172.26.160.111,gcomm://172.18.66.56"
