mysqld.exe -V gives the message "(...) mysqld.exe (...) starting as process (...) ..."

We are using mysqld.exe -V to query MariaDB Version. But it is not only giving the version but also a message stating that mysqld.exe is starting as new process

Example:

mysqld.exe Ver 5.5.49-MariaDB for Win64 on AMD64 (mariadb.org binary distribution)
161027 9:24:58 [Note] mysqld.exe (mysqld 5.5.49-MariaDB) starting as process 3212 ...
