Document new and modified InnoDB 5.7 variables in the KB

    Description

      There are some new variables that came with InnoDB 5.7, and for some existing ones there have been changes. Now I'm looking at innodb_buffer_pool_chunk_size (new) and innodb_buffer_pool_size (changed), but I'm sure there are many more.

      Specifically for innodb_buffer_pool_size, please make sure that not only it's mentioned as dynamic in 10.2+, but also the KB explains how exactly the value can be changed, it is far from obvious.
